Welcome to Professor Zhiwen Liu's Research Group at Penn State

Dr. Zhiwen Liu obtained his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology. He joined Penn State university in 2003 as an assistant professor of Electrical Engineering. His research interests include ultrafast optics, nanophotonics, biophotonics, and holography. His current research is focused on the development of spatially coherent and temporally incoherent optical information systems using supercontinuum.
